WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, this position supports the Structural CMU (Concrete Masonry Units), Outside Sales Representatives and customers in all areas and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Solid organizational skills and the ability to multi-task required.
• Ability to work in a face paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• High school education or equivalent plus some college preferred.
• Two years Inside Sales Support preferred.
• Excel experience required.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Training and experience are interchangeable on a year for year basis.
• Requires good reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to be part of a team.
• Ability to operate personal computer, printer, calculator, copier, facsimile machine and any other equipment required to perform duties.
• Predictable, and Regular attendance is required.
